مقدمه: روانشناسی مثبت نوعی از روانشناسی است که هدف اصلی آن تمرکز کردن بر موضوعی فراتر از بیماری ها و ناتوانیها میباشد. بر خلاف روشهای دیگر که بر مشکلات و نقاط ضعف تمرکز دارند این روش بر احساسات مثبت و زندگی با کیفیت متمرکز است. اینتحقیقبهمنظورتعیین اثربخشی مداخلهآموزش مثبتنگر بر شادکامی، افسردگی، رضایت تحصیلی و پیشرفتتحصیلی انجام گرفت. روش کار:این پژوهش بالینی بر روی دانش آموزان دختر در دوره متوسطه شهرستان شاهرود در سال تحصیلی 94-95 اجرا شده است. گروه آزمون (15 نفر) و گروه شاهد (15 نفر) از دو مدرسه دخترانه این شهرستان به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و با روش تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمون 14 جلسه تحت آموزش مثبتنگر قرار گرفتند. بعد از مداخله، هر دوگروه پرسشنامه های شادکامی آکسفورد، افسردگی بک، رضایت تحصیلی هوبنر را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با مدل تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری آزمون شدند. یافتهها: مداخله مثبت نگر بر شادکامی (005/0=p )، افسردگی (037/0=p ) و پیشرفت تحصیلی (031/0=p )به طور معنادار اثر داشت، ولی بر رضایت تحصیلی اثر معنادار نداشت (058/0=p ). نتیجهگیری : مداخله مثبت نگر راهکار مناسبی برای افزایش شادکامی و پیشرفت تحصیلی و کاهش افسردگی در دانش آموزان است.
