مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) با شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی (MBCT) بر اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف این تحقیق مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) با شناخت­درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی (MBCT) بر اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی می­باشد.
روش­کار: در این تحقیق مداخله­ای از بین بیماران مراجعه­کننده به بخش همودیالیز بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شیروان و بیمارستان امام علی (ع) بجنورد 42 بیمار همودیالیزی با نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه ACT، MBCT و شاهد جایگزین شدند. گروه­های ACT و MBCT تحت درمان 8 جلسه­ی 90 دقیقه­ای هفته­ای قرار گرفتند. جهت جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسش­نامه­های اضطراب و افسردگی بک استفاده شد و داده­ها با تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد که هر دو روش درمانی بر میزان اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی مؤثر بوده­اند اما اثربخشی ACT بر متغیر افسردگی بیشتر از MBCT و کارایی MBCT بر متغیر اضطراب بیشتر از ACT بوده است.
  نتیجه­گیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و شناخت­درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی بر اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی موثر هستند.
