مقایسه سبک‌های فرزندپروری، دلبستگی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی والدین بر گرایش به ورزش-های گروهی و انفرادی دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه گرایش به فعالیت­های ورزشی انفرادی و گروهی در دانش­آموزان بر اساس سبک­های فرزندپروری، دلبستگی و بهزیستی روان­شناختی والدین آنان انجام شده است.
روش­کار: روش پژوهش حاضر علی-مقایسه­ای است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه والدین دانش­آموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی ناحیه شش شهر اصفهان است که به غیر از درس تربیت بدنی و زنگ ورزش در مدرسه برای ورزش خاصی به باشگاه های ورزشی در شهراصفهان مراجعه کرده باشند. نمونه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش شامل 120 نفر از جامعه مذکور است که به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش از پرسش­نامه­های سبک دلبستگی هازن وشیور (1987)، فرزندپروری بامریند (1989) و بهزیستی روان­شناختی ریف (1980) استفاده گردید. داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار  SPSSو با روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره چندراهه تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: تفاوت معناداری در هیچ یک از مؤلفه­های بهزیستی روان­شناختی والدین در گرایش به ورزش­های گروهی و انفرادی وجود نداشت (05/0<P). همچنین، یافته­ها حاکی از آن بود که والدین دو گروه دانش­آموزان با گرایش به ورزش­های فردی و انفرادی در سبک دلبستگی ایمن و سبک فرزندپروری مقتدرانه، تفاوت معنی­داری دارند (05/0>P).    
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج نشان داد که سبک دلبستگی و فرزندپروری بر گرایش دانش­آموزان به ورزش­های انفرادی و یا گروهی تاثیر دارد.
