تعیین سهم سبک‌های دلبستگی در پیش‌بینی میزان شادکامی دانشجویان

چکیده
مقدمه: با توجه به این که روان‌شناسی مثبت‌نگر به ویژه به عنوان رویکرد تازه‌ای در روان‌شناسی بر فهم و تشریح احساس ذهنی بهزیستی و هم‌چنین پیش‌بینی دقیق عوامل موثر  بر آن‌، تمرکز یافته است، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سبک‌های دلبستگی در پیش‌بینی میزان شادکامی دانشجویان صورت گرفت.
روش‌کار: روش مطالعه، همبستگی و جامعه‌ی آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 بودند که تعداد 357 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه‌های شادکامی و سبک‌های دلبستگی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌های پژوهش با آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بین شادکامی با سبک دلبستگی ایمن، رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌دار  (44/0=r، 001/0=P) و با سبک اجتنابی  (25/0-=r، 01/0=P) و دوسوگرا (19/0-=r، 05/0=P) رابطه‌ی منفی و معنی‌دار  وجود دارد.  از بین سبک‌های سه‌گانه‌ی دلبستگی، فقط سبک دلبستگی ایمن، قادر به پیش‌بینی میزان شادکامی دانشجویان مورد بررسی بود (001/0 =P ، 36/0=Beta). به گونه‌ای که به ازای یک نمره افزایش در سبک دلبستگی ایمن می‌توان پیش‌بینی کرد نمره‌ی شادکامی دانشجویان 36/0 افزایش می‌یابد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعه‌ی حاضر و نقش سبک دلبستگی ایمن در پیش‌بینی شادکامی، توجه به پیوند عاطفی ایمن و عمیق بین والد-کودک در دوران کودکی به جهت تاثیر در بزرگسالی، به والدین توصیه می‌گردد.
