ارتباط بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و ویژگی های شخصیتی در دانشجویان پزشکی

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع اعتیاد به اینترنت (IA) در دانشجویان و ارتباط بین IA و ویژگی های شخصیتی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اعتیاد به اینترنت و ارتباط آن با ویژگی های شخصیتی در دانشجویان پزشکی انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه همبستگی را کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد در سال 1399 (350 نفر) تشکیل می‌دهند. از بین آنها 196 دانش آموز (124 دختر و 72 پسر) با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بر اساس جنسیت و سطح تحصیلات انتخاب شدند. آنها آزمون اعتیاد به اینترنت (IAT) و پرسشنامه شخصیتی NEO (NEO-PI-R) را انجام دادند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل خطای استاندارد نسبت ها، مجذور خی، آزمون فیشر، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که 16.84 درصد از دانشجویان دارای IA شدید و 63.78 درصد دارای IA متوسط بودند. متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی نشان داد که جنسیت با IA ارتباط معنی داری ندارد، در حالی که رابطه بین IA و وضعیت تاهل معنی دار بود. در ویژگی های شخصیتی، بیشترین همبستگی بین IA و روان رنجورخویی (r=0.33، P=0.001) مشاهده شد. همچنین بین وظیفه شناسی و میزان اعتیاد به اینترنت (سطح همبستگی متوسط) رابطه معنادار و منفی وجود دارد (29/0-=r، 001/0= P). در عین حال، بین IA و سایر ویژگی های شخصیتی رابطه معنی داری وجود نداشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، میزان شیوع اعتیاد به اینترنت در بین دانشجویان پزشکی به‌ویژه در دانشجویان مجرد، بالا بود، همچنین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی روان رنجوری و وظیفه‌شناسی، ارتباط معنی‌داری با اعتیاد به اینترنت داشت.
