مقایسه طرحواره‌های هیجانی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بر اساس DSM-5 در زوج‌های دارای روابط خارج از ازدواج و زوج‌های بدون روابط خارج از ازدواج

چکیده

مقدمه: خیانت زناشویی موضوعی است که بسیاری از زوجین درمانگر با آن مواجه هستند و یکی از مهم ترین دلایل طلاق می باشد. عوامل مرتبط با خیانت را می توان در سه حوزه تفاوت های فردی، ماهیت رابطه و شرایط محیطی قرار داد. این پژوهش به بررسی نقش طرحواره های عاطفی و ویژگی های شخصیتی (به عنوان تفاوت های فردی) در خیانت می پردازد.
روش‌ کار: در پژوهش حاضر که در شهر مشهد انجام شد، 320 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس (شامل 160 نفر با تجربه خیانت و 160 نفر بدون تجربه خیانت به عنوان شاهد) انتخاب شدند. آنها مقیاس طرحواره عاطفی لیهی و پرسشنامه شخصیتی را برای DSM-5 تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس چند متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که فقدان ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بازدارنده در افراد با تجربه خیانت بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود. طرحواره‌های هیجانی «گناه و سرزنش» در گروه با تجربه خیانت بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (012/0= P و 025/0= P). طرحواره عاطفی اعتباربخشی در افراد دارای خیانت کمتر از گروه شاهد بود (011/0=P). بین سایر طرحواره های هیجانی تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، می توان با اصلاح ویژگی های شخصیتی و طرحواره های هیجانی از طریق طرحواره درمانی و طرحواره درمانی هیجانی، پیشگیری از خیانت را انجام داد.
