طراحی مدل پیش‌بینی رفتار اخلاقی براساس سبک‌های تربیتی و قدرت ایگو: نقش میانجی سازه‌ی خود فراروی

چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل پیش­بینی رفتار اخلاقی بر اساس سبک­های تربیتی و قدرت ایگو با میانجی­گری سازه­ ی خودفراروی در میان دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعه­ ی آماری شامل تمام دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان در سال تحصیلی 400-1399 بودند. در این  میان تعداد 285 نفر به شیوه­ی نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چندمرحله­ ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس­های رفتار اخلاقی، سبک­های تربیتی و قدرت ایگو بودند. داده ها با روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار LISREL تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. 
یافته­ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی با داده­های تجربی برازش مناسبی دارد (95/0= GFI، 98/0 = IFI، 97/0= CFI). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اثر سبک­های تربیتی بر رفتار اخلاقی و خودفراروی و اثر قدرت ایگو و خود فراروی بر رفتار اخلاقی معنادار هستند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون سوبل نیز نشان داد که متغیر خودفراوری در ارتباط بین سبک سهل­گیر (01/0 , p< 68/2- Z=)، سبک مقتدر (01/0 , p< 55/2 Z=)، سبک مستبد (01/0 , p< 61/3- Z=) و قدرت ایگو (01/0 , p< ، 56/4 Z=) با رفتار اخلاقی نقش میانجی معناداری دارد.
نتیجه ­گیری: برپایه نتایج می­توان گفت که سبک­های تربیتی، قدرت ایگو و خودفراروی می­توانند وقوع رفتارهای اخلاقی را پیش ­بینی کنند. همچنین، متغیر خودفراروی می­تواند یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر رابطه و پیوند میان سبک­های ­تربیتی و قدرت ایگو با رفتار اخلاقی باشد.
