اثربخشی آموزش شناختی–رفتاری ایمن‌‌سازی در برابر استرس بر مهارت‎های مقابله‌ای و کیفیت زندگی زوجین ناسازگار

چکیده

 
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش شناختی–رفتاری ایمن‌‌سازی در برابر استرس بر مهارت های مقابله ای و کیفیت زندگی زوج های ناسازگار انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه، از بین زوج‌های ناسازگار مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره شهرستان کازرون، 24 زوج انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش ده جلسه برنامه ایمن سازی در برابر استرس را دریافت کردند و گروه شاهد در لیست انتظار قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سبک های مقابله ای اندلر و پارکر، پرسشنامه استرس ادراک شده کوهن و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (SF-36) بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-18 و روش کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
 
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش شناختی-رفتاری به طور موثری استرس را کاهش داده و کیفیت زندگی زوجین را بهبود می بخشد (P= 0.001). این رویکرد همچنین سبک های مقابله ای را برای زوجین افزایش داد (P= 0.001).
 
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد آموزش ایمن سازی در برابر استرس می‌تواند با افزایش سبک‌های مقابله‌ای حل مسئله، کیفیت زندگی زوج‌های ناسازگار را افزایش دهد.
