رابطه علّی صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی با کیفیت زندگی کاری ازطریق میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در پرستاران

چکیده

مقدمه : پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی رابطه علّی صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی با کیفیت زندگی کاری ازطریق میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در پرستاران شاغل شهر دزفول انجام شده است.  
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های شهر دزفول در سال 1398 تشکیل دادند. از بین جامعه آماری 120 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های حمایت اجتماعی زیمن و همکارانش(1988)، ویژگی های شخصیتی (NEO)، بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989)، کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (2003) استفاده شد. ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مسیرهای مستقیم صفات شخصیت، بهزیستی روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده به کیفیت زندگی کاری و همچنین صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی به حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بودند(001/0< p). به علاوه نتایج نشان داد رابطه غیرمستقیم صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی از طریق حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با کیفیت زندگی کاری معنی دار بودند (001/0< p).
نتیجه گیری: در مجموع، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که به نظر می رسد کیفیت زندگی کاری از عوامل بسیاری از جمله صفات شخصیت،  بهزیستی روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده تاثیر می پذیرد.
