مقایسه اثربخشی درمان ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی برسلول‌های CD4 بیماران ایدز

چکیده

مقدمه: عوامل روانشناختی، نقش مهمی در سبب‌شناسی بیماری ایدز ایفا می‌کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی بر تعداد سلول‌های CD4 بیماران ایدز بود.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه بالینی شامل افراد مبتلا به ایدز در مراکز بهداشت شهریاردر سال 1397 بود. با روش در دسترس تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب شده و در 3 گروه 15 نفره (دو گروه آزمون و یک گروه شاهد) جایگزین شدند. سپس گروه درمانی ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و گروه معنویت‌درمانی در8 جلسه یک و نیم ساعته اجرا شده و گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23  تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها:  ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی بر افزایش CD4 بیماران ایدز تاثیر معنی‌داری داشته اند. البته میزان تاثیر ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس  بر افزایش سلول CD4 بیشتر از معنویت درمانی بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی بر افزایش سلول CD4 اثربخش بوده اند و می توانند در بیماران مبتلا به ایدز در کنار درمان پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
