بررسی ارتباط بین هوش هیجانی با رضایت شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی در پرستاران

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت فرسودگی شغلی و رضایت شغلی در کارکنان بخش بهداشت و درمان و نقش هوش هیجانی در ارتقاء این دو مورد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط هوش هیجانی با رضایت و فرسودگی شغلی در پرستاران انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان­های آموزشی شهرستان خرم آباد  بودند. با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله­ای تعداد 467 نفر از پرستاران انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، هوش هیجانی برادبری و گریوز، فرسودگی شغلی مازلاک و رضایت شغلی ویسوکی و کروم می باشد. داده­ها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: بین هوش هیجانی و رضایت شغلی، رابطه معنادار وجود ندارد ولی بین هوش هیجانی و فرسودگی شغلی، رابطه ای معنادار دیده می شود.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج، به نظر می رسد پرستارانی که هوش هیجانی بالاتری دارند، کمتر دچار فرسودگی شغلی خواهند شد.
