چکیده

مقدمه: ظهور مطالعات تصویربرداری مغزی فرصتی برای ارزیابی تغییرات رفتاری در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانپزشکی و مقایسه نتایج با افراد سالم فراهم کرده است. این مطالعات دارای پیامدهای بالینی و تحقیقاتی به ویژه برای پزشکان پزشکی قانونی و روانشناسانی است که نه تنها باید اختلالات روانپزشکی را تشخیص دهند بلکه باید سطح مسئولیت کیفری را نیز تعیین کنند و میزان خطری را که بیماران ممکن است برای امنیت عمومی ایجاد کنند ارزیابی کنند. با این حال ، مطالعات کمی مقالات فعلی را به طور سیستماتیک بررسی کرده اند. هدف این مقاله جمع بندی و دسته بندی مطالعات موجود است.
روش کار: ما یک جستجوی جامع برای شناسایی همه مقالات موجود در مورد یافته های تصویربرداری عصبی از پارافیلیا انجام دادیم.
یافته ها: 655 مقاله برای این مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که از این تعداد 56 مقاله انتخاب شدند. مقالات بر اساس انواع اختلالات جنسی طبقه بندی شدند و در گزارشات موردی و سری موردی (25 نفر) و مطالعات مورد-شاهدی (31 نفر) طبقه بندی شدند. یافته های مهم مقالات انتخاب شده خلاصه شده و مناطق درگیری مغز برجسته شده است.
نتیجه گیری: تصویربرداری عصبی ساختاری و عملکردی ممکن است شبکه عصبی - آناتومی پارافیلیا را روشن کند. این یافته ها پیامدهای تحقیقاتی و بالینی در زمینه روان پزشکی قانونی دارد.
