اعتباریابی پرسشنامه‌ی شخصیتی چند وجهی مینه سوتا (MMPI-2) در بیماران روان پزشکی و افراد غیر بیمار شهر مشهد، ایران

چکیده

مقدمه: دومین ویراست پرسشنامه شخصیتی چندوجهی مینه سوتا پرکاربردترین آزمون عینی برای ارزیابی شخصیت و آسیب­شناسی روانی است.هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، اعتباریابی و آماده­سازی آزمون MMPI-2 بوده است.
روش کار: در این مطالعه 210فرد سالم بزرگسال مشهد و 160 بیمار  روان­پزشکی 19 تا 50 ساله دارای پرونده در بیمارستان روان پزشکی ابن سینای مشهد در بازه زمانی 1385 تا 1389 انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با شاخص­های توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، هنجارهای صدکی، تی استیودنت و آلفای کرونباخ تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: مقدار ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در تمام مقیاسها به جز مقیاس هیستری (Hy) در بازآزمایی بین 73/0 و 93/0 گزارش شد. نتایج بیانگر اعتبار کلیه مقیاسها بر اساس تمایز مبتنی بر روایی تفکیکی به جز مقیاس L (دروغ سنج) در سطح 01/0 می­باشد. همچنین اعتبار در هر یک از مقیاسها به غیر از مقیاس Hy (هیستری) در حد متوسط تا بالا می­باشد. ضریب همسانی درونی آلفای کرونباخ در افراد غیر بیمار و بیمار، نشان­دهنده­ی پایایی مطلوب برای کلیه مقیاسها به جز مقیاسهای دروغ سنج، هیستری، مردانگی و زنانگی بود.
نتیجه­ گیری: پرسشنامه MMPI-2 برای استفاده در جامعه بزرگسال ایرانی دارای اعتبار و روایی رضایت­بخشی است و می­تواند در کنار شرح حال و مصاحبه بالینی، برای ارزیابی بیماران روانی مورد استفاده پژوهشگران و متخصصان در مراکز مشاوره قرارگیرد.
