مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر بخشودگی و تحمل ابهام در زنان متقاضی طلاق

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی و شفقت درمانی بر بخشودگی و تحمل ابهام در زنان متقاضی طلاق انجام گردسید.
روش کار: جامعه  آماریاین پژوهش  شامل کلیه  زنان متقاضی طلاق بود که در 3 ماه اول سال 98-1397 به مراکز مشاوره در سطح شهر نیشابور مراجعه کردند. تعداد 36 نفر از این زنان به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون 1 و 2 (هر گروه 12 نفر)، و یک گروه شاهد جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمون اول برنامه طرحواره درمانی را طی 12 جلسه و گروه دوم، درمان مبتنی بر شفقت را طی 8  جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای دریافت کردند. گروه کنترل در فهرست انتظار قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های بخشودگیپولارد و اندرسون و تحمل ابهام مک‌لین،  جمع اوری گردیدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیریهای مکرر و آزمون­های تعقیبی انجام شد.
یافته ها: با توجه به این که تحلیل واریانس با انداره مکرر  Fمحاسبه شده  (064/128) نسبت  به F  معیار در سطح (05/0) کوچک‌تر است، هر دو درمان در شاخص بخشودگی (سطح معناداری=534/0) و تحمل ابهام (سطح معناداری=783/0) اثربخش بوده است. اثربخشی شفقت درمانی در مقایسه با طرحواره درمانی در متغیر بخشودگی برتری داشته است، اما اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی در مقایسه با درمان شفقت ورزی در متغیر تحمل ابهام برتری داشته است (05/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاکی از این بود که طرحواره درمانی و شفقت ورزی در حوزه سلامت روانی خانواده مانند بخشودگی، تحمل ابهام اثربخشی معناداری دارند.
