اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و کمال گرایی در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات تیک

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع اختلالات تیک در کودکان و بار روانی آن، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و کمال گرایی در مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات تیک انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه مادران کودکانی با اختلال تیک بودند که در سال 1398 به بیمارستان روانپزشکی ابن سینا و مرکز مشاوره آستان مهر در مشهد مراجعه کردند. از بین آنها ، 30 مادر از طریق روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه پرسشنامه کمال گرایی هیلز و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل را تکمیل کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (MANOVA) استفاده شد.
یافته ها: درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش تأثیر معناداری در افزایش انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی (001/0 = P) و کاهش کمال گرایی دارد (000/0 = P).  
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش روشی موثر برای بهبود انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و کاهش کمال گرایی در مادران کودکان دارای اختلالات تیک است.
