سنجش سطح اضطراب کودکان در اتاق انتظار جراحی بعد از نمایش عروسکی و پخش پویانمایی

چکیده

مقدمه: نتایج منفی اضطراب در روند جراحی و بهبودی کودکان تحت عمل جراحی، نیازمند استفاده از روش­های غیردارویی است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف سنجش سطح اضطراب کودکان در اتاق انتظار جراحی بعد از نمایش عروسکی و پخش کارتون انجام شد. 
روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در 90 کودک 6-3 ساله کاندید عمل جراحی تانسیلکتومی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند، سال 1394 انجام شد. کودکان به همراه والدینشان، 15 دقیقه انیمیشن کودکانه و نمایش عروسکی دیدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل فرم جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه اضطراب ییل بودند. داده­ها با آزمون­های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 تحلیل گردیدند.
نتایج: بر اساس یافته ها میانگین اضطراب کودکان بعد از مداخله معنی­دار بوده است (02/0P=). همچنین اضطراب کودکان که نمایش عروسکی دیده بودند کاهش بیشتری نسبت به گروه پویانمایی نشان داد (001/0>P). مقایسه میانگین اضطراب، قبل و بعد از مداخله در دو جنس تفاوت معنیداری نشان نداد.
نتیجه­گیری: باتوجه به نتایج، استفاده از روش­های انحراف­فکر بصری می­تواند نقش مؤثری در کاهش اضطراب کودکان قبل از عمل جراحی داشته باشد.
