اثر‌بخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنویت بر هدف در زندگی و رشد شخصی دختران خانواده های طلاق

چکیده

مقدمه: مداخله معنویت به معنای در نظر گرفتن باورهای معنوی مردم در فرآیند مداخله می‌باشد که مراجعان را به‌سوی منبع متعالی هدایت می‌کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنویت بر هدف در زندگی و رشد شخصی دختران بعد از طلاق والدین بود.
روش‌ کار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1397، تعداد 20 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر خانواده های طلاق شهر کرج با  نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی 10 نفر در گروه آزمون و 10 نفر دیگر در گروه شاهد قرار گرفتند.برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف استفاده شد. گروه آزمون در طی هشت جلسه دو ساعتی مداخلات گروهی را دریافت کردند. بعد از اتمام جلسات درمانی، پس آزمون از هر دو گروه گرفته شد. داده ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس با کمک نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادند که مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنویت، در افزایش هدف در زندگی و رشد شخصی دختران بعد از طلاق والدین تأثیر معناداری داشته است (05/0p <).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد مداخله مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر معنویت بر افزایش اهداف در زندگی و رشد شخصی دختران بعد از طلاق والدین تاثیر دارد  و می تواند به عنوان یک درمان کمکی یا اولیه در بهبود بهزیستی روانی نوجوانان خانواده های طلاق به کار گرفته شود.
