رابطه‌ی خوش بینی، خودکارآمدی جنسی و احساس تنهایی با دلزدگی زناشویی در زنان متاهل

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه­ی بین خوش بینی، خودکارآمدی جنسی و احساس تنهایی با دلزدگی زناشویی در زنان متاهل انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی شامل زنان متاهل شاغل در مقطع ابتدایی در آموزش و پرورش شهر قزوین در سال  1396 بودند که  152 نفر  به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای تک مرحله­ای انتخاب شدند.  ابزار پژوهش، پرسش نامه­های مقیاس جهت­مداری زندگی (LOT-R)، پرسشنامه احساس تنهایی- اجتماعی– عاطفی بزرگسالان (SELSA-S)، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی جنسی و پرسشنامه دلزدگی زناشویی (CBM) بودند. داده­ها با آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از جمله رگرسیون چند متغیری با کمک نرم افزار SPSS  تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: بین  دلزدگی زناشویی با خوش­بینی و خودکارآمدی جنسی در زنان متأهل رابطه منفی معنادار (01/0>p) و با احساس تنهایی رابطه مثبت معنادار (01/0>p)  وجود دارد. در واقع دلزدگی زناشویی در زنان متأهل به ترتیب با متغیرهای خوش بینی، خودکارآمدی جنسی و احساس تنهایی، مرتبط است. 
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد افزایش خودکارآمدی جنسی و خوش­بینی و کاهش احساس تنهایی در زنان متأهل عوامل مهمی در کاهش میزان دلزدگی زناشویی هستند.
