بررسی اثربخشی روان درمانی بدنی بر ارتقای قابلیت حافظه‌ی کاری و سطح بازداری دانش آموزان ابتدایی

چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی روان‌درمانی بدنی بر ارتقای قابلیت حافظه‌ی کاری و سطح بازداری دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی انجام شده است.
      روش کار: جامعه‌ی آماری این کارآزمایی بالینی شامل تمام دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی مدارس عادی شهر مشهد با دامنه‌ی سنی 12-7 سال بود که در سال  98-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. 44 نفر دانش‌آموز از 4 مدرسه‌ی دولتی (دو دخترانه- دو پسرانه)  با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه و هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه (12 نفر پسر و 10 نفر دختر در گروه آزمون، 11 نفر پسر و 11 نفر  دختر در گروه شاهد) به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. دوره‌ی روان درمانی بدنی برای گروه آزمون در 36 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای به مدت 3 ماه ارایه گردید و در این مدت گروه شاهد در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. ابزار سنجش شامل آزمون‌های رایانه‌ای حافظه کاری (N-back) و برو- نرو (Go no Go)  بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و  t مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمون در مولفه‌های تعداد پاسخ های صحیح و تعداد پاسخ‌های نادرست، تعداد خطای ارائه و بازداری، در آزمون‌های رایانه‌ای حافظه‌ی کاری و برو- نرو، به شکل معنی داری نسبت به گروه شاهد عملکرد بهتری داشتند (005/0=P) اما مولفه‌ی میانگین زمان در آزمون رایانه‌ای برو- نرو معنی‌دار نشد (17/0=P).  
نتیجه گیری: بنا بر نتایج، به نظر می رسد روان‌درمانی بدنی می‌تواند روش موثری برای ارتقاء قابلیت حافظه‌ی کاری و سطح بازداری دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی باشد.
