مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و درمان مبتنی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی (QOLT) بر رفتارهای خود تخریب گرایانه و تنظیم شناختی عاطفی درافراد با سوءمصرف مواد

چکیده

مقدمه: این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و آموزش مهارتهای مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی برتنظیم شناختی هیجان و رفتارهای خود تخریب گرایانه در افراد با سوءمصرف مواد انجام شد.
روش کار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی از بین مراجعه کنندگان  به مراکز ترک اعتیاد مشهد در سال 1398، 45 نفر از مردان بالای 20 سال با سوء مصرف مواد با  نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به 3 گروه ( دو گروه آزمون و یک گروه شاهد) تقسیم شدند. گروههای آزمایش تحت درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و آموزش مهارتهای مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی قرار گرفته و گروه شاهد هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه های تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و کرایج (CERQ) و رفتارهای خود تخریب گرایانه بود. داده ها با کمک آمار توصیفی، تحلیل واریانس و نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد روشهای درمانی این مطالعه بر برتنظیم شناختی هیجان و رفتارهای خود تخریب گرایانه مردان دارای سوء مصرف مواد اثربخش بوده است (p
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر، روشهای درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و آموزش مهارتهای مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی بر برتنظیم شناختی هیجان و رفتارهای خود تخریب گرایانه در افراد دارای مصرف مواد موثر می باشد.
