نقش الگوهای تعاملی والدین در بروز اختلال وسواسی - جبری: مطالعه مروری در پیشینه

چکیده

مقدمه: همواره از شیوه‏های تعاملی والدین به عنوان یکی از دلایل اساسی شکل‏گیری اختلال وسواسی ـ جبری(OCD) یاد شده است. در عین حال الگوهای والدینی مؤثر در بروز OCD به قدر کافی مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته‌اند. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر مرور سیستماتیک سبک‌های تعامل والدینی مؤثر در بروز OCD بود.
روش کار: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاه‏های PubMed، Science Direct، PsychNet، Magiran و SID بود که طی سال‏های 2000 تا 2018 میلادی منتشر شده بودند. مقالات پس از دو مرحله غربال‏گری بر اساس معیار‏های ورود و خروج و به شیوه نمونه‏گیری هدفمند بررسی شدند که تعداد 16 مقاله به عنوان نمونه نهایی انتخاب شد. شیوه اصلی گردآوری داده‏ها، بررسی کیفی محتوای مقالات بر مبنای سؤال اصلی پژوهش بود.
یافته ها: پس از مقالات، تعداد 15 مؤلفه استخراج شد که نهایتاً در قالب 5 طبقه مؤثر در بروز OCD  شامل انعطاف پذیری والدینی، حمایت والدینی، مراقبتوالدینی، کنترل، و سردی رابطه ای دسته‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، شیوه‏های تعاملی والدین با کودکان نقش اساسی در شکل‌گیری OCD دارد و می‏تواند به عنوان یک پیش‌بین مؤثر در بروز این اختلال به کار رود.
