بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر نظریه خودتنظیمی بر کاهش اضطراب دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلالات روانی مشکلات زیادی را در جوامع امروزی بخصوص در گروه سنی مدرسه ایجاد کرده­است. متاسفانه در اکثر نقاط جهان سلامت روان به اندازه سلامت جسمانی مورد توجه قرار نمی­گیرد.  بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف بالا بردن سطح آگاهی دانش­آموزان در ارتباط با کاهش اضطراب آنها و بهبود سلامت روان با استفاده از مدل خودتنظیمی انجام شده­است.
روش کار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی 103 نفر از دانش­آموزان دختر مقطع دهم (47نفر گروه کنترل و56نفر گروه مداخله) انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه­های سلامت روان (GHQ-28)، اضطراب بک و راهبردهای آموزشی خودتنظیمی ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش بودند. در نهایت داده­های مربوط به پیش­آزمون، بلافاصله و سه ماه پس از آزمون وارد نرم­افزار SPSS-24 شد وتحلیل داده­ها انجام­گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرات اضطراب و سلامت روان در قبل، بلافاصله و سه­ماه پس از مداخله در دو گروه از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود(p-value=0.05). تنها همبستگی با متغیر اضطراب، جزء انگیزشی با ضریب29/0- ، همچنین همبستگی مثبت موجود با متغیر سلامت روان، متغیر اضطراب با ضریب 5/0 و همبستگی منفی را متغیر انگیزشی با ضریب 21/0- داشته است.
نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به یافته­های بدست آمده، آموزش می­تواند بر بهبود سلامت روان و کاهش اضطراب دانش­آموزان دختر تاثیرگذار باشد. در نتیجه یادگیری خودتنظیمی می­تواند برای عملکرد تحصیلی و سلامت روان دانش­آموزان مفید باشد.
