اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های شناختی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس بر اضطراب تکلیف شب دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت­های شناختی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس بر اضطراب تکلیف شب دانش­آموزان انجام شد.
روش­کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش آموزان ابتدایی دوره دوم استان خراسان رضوی دارای اضطراب تکلیف شب بود. تعداد 24 نفر (دو گروه آزمون و شاهد) از آن‌ها به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسش­نامه مقیاس مشکل تکالیف خانه کودکان آنسکو و همکاران (1987) استفاده گردید. پس از اجرای پیش‌آزمون، آموزش مهارت­های شناختی طی 8 جلسه 45 دقیقه­ای به گروه آزمون ارایه گردید. پس از پایان برنامه آموزشی، از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان می­دهد که پس از کنترل اثر پیش­آزمون، تفاوت نمره­های پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون دو گروه برای متغیر اضطراب تکلیف خانه شب، معنی­دار است و میانگین نمره­های گروه آزمون در متغیر اضطراب تکلیف خانه نیز به طور معنی­داری کمتر از گروه شاهد است (45/0=مجذور اتا، 05/0>P، 26/17=F). میزان تاثیر این مداخله بر اضطراب تکلیف خانه برابر 45/0 می­باشد.
نتیجه­گیری: به نظر می­رسد که آموزش مهارت­های شناختی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس بر اضطراب تکلیف شب دانش­آموزان، موثر است.
