تدوین و آزمون مدل ارتباطی نیازهای اساسی روانی بر معنای زندگی با میانجیگری سرمایه روان‌شناختی و ارزش‌های انسانی

چکیده

مقدمه: انسان­ها همواره برای کسب آرامش درونی به دنبال ارضای نیازهای اساسی روانی و یافتن معنایی تازه برای رنج­های خود بوده­اند و در این راه حفظ ارزش­های انسانی با کمک گرفتن از سرمایه­های روان­شناختی، اولویت داشته است. لذا هدف این پژوهش تدوین و آزمون مدل ارتباطی نیازهای اساسی روانی بر معنای زندگی با میانجیگری سرمایه روان­شناختی و ارزش­های انسانی بود.
روش­کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی شامل پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان­های شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1396 بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای 500 نفر از پرستاران انتخاب شدند. پرسش­نامه­های نیازهای­ اساسی دسی و رایان (2000)، سرمایه­ روان­شناختی لوتانز (2007)، ارزش­های انسانی شوارتز (1994) و معنای زندگی استگر و همکاران (2006) به عنوان ابزار سنجش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده­ها با روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام  شد.
یافته­ها: به طور کلی مدل فرضی با داده­ها برازش دارد و اثر مستقیم نیازهای اساسی روانی، سرمایه روان­شناختی و ارزش­های انسانی بر معنای زندگی، معنی­دار است. هم­چنین سرمایه روان­شناختی بر ارزش­های انسانی، اثر مستقیم و معنی­داری دارد. به علاوه، اثر غیرمستقیم و معنی­دار نیازهای اساسی روانی بر ارزش­های انسانی و سرمایه روان­شناختی بر معنای زندگی، تایید شد (01/0>P).
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که نیازهای اساسی روانی، ارزش­های انسانی و سرمایه روان­شناختی می­تواند پیش­بین مناسبی برای معنای زندگی پرستاران باشد. بنابراین، با افزایش این سه متغیر می­توان معنای زندگی در پرستاران را افزایش داد.
