نقش ابعاد ارتباطی خانواده در افسردگی نوجوانان با واسطه‌گری انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی افسردگی بر اساس ابعاد ارتباطی خانواده با واسطه‌گری انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی بود.                     
روش­کار: در این مطالعه از نوع همبستگی 390 دانش‌آموز (201 دختر و 189 پسر) مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 شرکت داشتند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای پژوهش از مقیاس‌های ابعاد ارتباطی خانواده فیتزپاتریک و ریچی (RFCP)، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (CFI) و افسردگی بک-ویرایش دوم (BDI-II) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با بهره‌گیری از نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه­ی 22 و AMOS  نسخه­ی 20 استفاده شده است.
یافته­ها: نتایج تحلیل مسیر حاکی از آن بود که بعد گفت و شنود، اثر مستقیم و منفی (005/0=P) و اثر غیر مستقیم با واسطه‌گری انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (001/0=P) بر افسردگی دارد. بعد همنوایی نیز تنها اثر مستقیم و مثبت (001/0=P)  بر افسردگی دارد.
نتیجه­گیری: در مجموع یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی نقش واسطه‌ای را در رابطه­ی جهت‌گیری گفت‌ و شنود و افسردگی ایفا می‌کند.
