بررسی رابطه نگرش مذهبی با سلامت روان و تاب‌آوری در زنان

چکیده

مقدمه:پژوهش حاضر با هدف رابطه نگرش مذهبی با سلامت روان و تاب‌آوری در زنان انجام شد.
 روش کار: روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را کلیه‌ دانشجویان زن متاهل دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تشکیل می‌دهند که از این میان تعداد 150 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش، از سه پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کانرو دیویدسون، سنجش نگرش‌های مذهبی و پرسشنامه 28سوالی سلامت عمومی (GHQ) گلدبرگ و هیلر استفاده شده است. 
نتایج:  بین نگرش‌ مذهبی و سلامت روان (01/0> p) وبین نگرش‌های مذهبی و تاب‌آوری نیز رابطه معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد (p01/0> ) 
نتیجه­گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که نگرش مذهبی می‌تواند در افزایش سلامت‌روان و تاب‌آوری زنان، موثر باشد.
