اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی ذهنیت محور بر بلوغ عاطفی، تحمل ابهام و قدرت ایگو در دانشجویانی که دچار جدایی از روابط عاشقانه شده‌اند: یک مطالعه آزمایشی در ایران

چکیده
مقدمه: عشق یکی از شگفت‌انگیزترین تجربیات است و پایان یک رابطه عاشقانه می‌تواند بسیار ناراحت‌کننده باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی ذهنیت محور بر بلوغ عاطفی، تحمل ابهام و قدرت ایگو در دانشجویانی که دچار شکست عاطفی شده‌اند، انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: نمونه شامل 24 دانشجو از دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی رشت، ایران بود که به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (12 نفر) و کنترل (12 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای طرحواره درمانی ذهنیت محور گروهی را گذراندند. این جلسات بین ماه مه و ژوئن 2022 در کلینیک بهار در رشت، ایران برگزار شد. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه ضربه عشق (LTI)، مقیاس بلوغ عاطفی (EMS)، مقیاس تحمل ابهام انواع محرک‌های چندگانه-II (MSTAT-II) و مقیاس قدرت ایگو (ESS) بود. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از ANCOVA و آزمون مجذور اتای جزئی (η2p) انجام شد.
نتایج: نتایج هیچ تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در مرحله پس‌آزمون برای بلوغ عاطفی (F(1,21)= 1.10، P= 0.306، η²P= 0.050)، تحمل ابهام (F(1,21)= 2.91، P= 0.103، η²P= 0.122) یا قدرت ایگو (F(1,21)= 1.20، P= 0.285، η²P= 0.054) با اندازه‌های اثر کوچک تا متوسط ​​نشان نداد. هیچ نتیجه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد.

نتیجه‌گیری: این تحقیق اولیه در مورد بهبود عاطفی از پایان روابط عاشقانه، شواهد آماری مهمی را کشف نکرد. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که تحقیقات آینده باید اثربخشی درمان ذهنیت طرحواره‌ای را در جمعیت‌ها و محیط‌های مختلف، با توجه ویژه به تطبیق رویکردهای درمانی با زمینه‌های فرهنگی، بررسی کنند.
