مقایسه تأثیر درمان گروهی شفقت درمانی و روایت درمانی بر اشتیاق به زندگی سالمندان

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر درمان گروهی متمرکز بر شفقت و روایت درمانی بر اشتیاق به زندگی در سالمندان انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان بازنشسته شهر مشهد در سال 1402 بود. 45 نفر با نمرات پایین در مقیاس اشتیاق به زندگی از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه مساوی کنترل، درمان شفقت و روایت درمانی قرار گرفتند. جلسات درمانی برای دو گروه آزمایشی برگزار شد که هر کدام 8 جلسه مداخله دریافت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر دو طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: پس از کنترل اثرات پیش‌آزمون، نتایج تفاوت معنی‌داری را بین پیش‌آزمون و سایر مراحل در گروه‌های آزمایشی نشان داد. علاوه بر این، مقدار مجذور اتا برای تغییرات همزمان در متغیر وابسته برای گروه درمان متمرکز بر شفقت (0.915) بیشتر از گروه درمان روایتی (0.799) بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که درمان متمرکز بر شفقت در افزایش اشتیاق به زندگی در سالمندان مؤثرتر از روایت‌درمانی گروهی است. هر دو رویکرد را می‌توان به عنوان روش‌های مؤثر برای افزایش اشتیاق به زندگی در سالمندان توصیه کرد.
