مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های مثبت‌اندیشی و درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری بر تمایز خود و اضطراب سلامت در بیماران دیابتی

چکیده

مقدمه: تمایز خود و اضطراب سلامت از عواملی هستند که نقش مهمی در بیماران دیابتی ایفا می‌کنند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های مثبت‌اندیشی و درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری بر تمایز خود و اضطراب سلامت در بیماران دیابتی انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این کارآزمایی بالینی شامل کلیه بیماران دیابتی مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک دیابت ونوشه در شهرستان قائم‌شهر، ایران، در سال 1399-1400 بود. 45 بیمار دیابتی با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در 3 گروه مساوی قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های آزمایشی اول و دوم مداخلات درمانی را در 6 و 8 جلسه دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار بود. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تمایز خود و پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت بود. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
 
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد که هر دو مداخله درمانی، تمایزیافتگی خود و اضطراب سلامت را در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت کاهش داده‌اند و تأثیر این مداخلات درمانی در مرحله پیگیری پایدار بوده است (0.05>P). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی نشان داد که اثربخشی مداخله آموزش مهارت‌های مثبت‌اندیشی بر متغیرهای پژوهش بیشتر بوده است (0.05>P).
 
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، آموزش مهارت‌های مثبت‌اندیشی و مداخلات درمانی فعال‌سازی رفتاری می‌توانند به‌طور مؤثری تمایزیافتگی و اضطراب سلامت بیماران مبتلا به دیابت را بهبود بخشند.
