اثربخشی درمان عصبی-شناختی یکپارچه نگر بر ناامیدی و افسردگی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع نسبتاً بالای افسردگی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان عصبی-شناختی تلفیقی (INT) در کاهش علائم و نشانه‌های بالینی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 25 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های روانپزشکی و توانبخشی در مشهد، ایران، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. همه بیماران پرسشنامه افسردگی بک-II (BDI-II) و مقیاس ناامیدی بک (BHS) را در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری 3 ماهه تکمیل کردند. گروه آزمایش 20 جلسه نود دقیقه‌ای INT (دو بار در هفته) دریافت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های اندازه‌گیری مکرر مانند تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
 
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر تعاملی معناداری بین افسردگی و گروه وجود دارد (F= 103.39، P< 0.001). در گروه آزمایش، میانگین نمرات افسردگی در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری نسبت به پیش‌آزمون به‌طور معناداری کاهش یافت (0.001>P). علاوه بر این، اثر تعاملی معناداری بین ناامیدی و گروه وجود داشت (F= 117.80، P< 0.001) و میانگین نمرات ناامیدی در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری نسبت به پیش‌آزمون به‌طور معناداری کاهش یافت (0.001>P).
 
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، درمان عصبی-شناختی یکپارچه‌نگر به‌طور مؤثری افسردگی و ناامیدی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی را کاهش می‌دهد و می‌تواند به‌عنوان روشی مؤثر و در دسترس مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
