انگیزش شغلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بین کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی

چکیده
مقدمه: توجه به عوامل انگیزشی باعث بقا و عملکرد مؤثر افراد شاغل در سازمان می‌شود و بنابراین شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با این شرایط ضروری است. با توجه به نقش کلیدی کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در بهبود سلامت جامعه، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عوامل مرتبط با انگیزش شغلی در این گروه انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در طول سال 1403 انجام شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه متخصصان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از چک لیست اطلاعات شخصی و پرسشنامه انگیزش شغلی هرزبرگ استفاده شد. داده‌ها را وارد نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS کردیم.
 
نتایج: در این مطالعه، 354 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد که از این تعداد 86 نفر (24.3%) مرد و 268 نفر (75.7%) زن بودند. میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 7.78 ± 38.99 سال بود. اکثر شرکت‌کنندگان (بیش از 90%) انگیزش شغلی متوسطی داشتند. نمره کل انگیزش شغلی با متغیرهای سن، جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، محل خدمت (شهر و روستا) و گروه‌بندی شغلی مرتبط بود.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند به عنوان راهنمایی برای سیاست‌گذاران در برنامه‌ریزی برای افزایش انگیزش شغلی کارکنان مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
