چکیده
مقدمه: نشخوار فکری، که به عنوان تمرکز مکرر و مداوم بر افکار پریشانکننده تعریف میشود، با جلوههای مختلف پریشانی روانی مرتبط بوده است. بنابراین، درک عوامل تعیینکننده نشخوار فکری برای طراحی استراتژیهای مداخلهای مؤثر ضروری است. این مطالعه به بررسی روابط پیچیده بین هوش معنوی، انعطافپذیری شناختی، عزت نفس و نشخوار فکری در بین زنان متأهل پرداخت.
روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی، ۴۰۰ زن متأهل در تهران، ایران، در سالهای ۲۰۲۳-۲۰۲۴ با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آنها به پرسشنامه نشخوار فکری-تأمل، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی، پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری شناختی (CFI) و مقیاس عزت نفس روزنبرگ پاسخ دادند. دادهها را با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل کردیم.
نتایج: یافتهها همبستگی منفی معناداری را بین هوش معنوی، انعطافپذیری شناختی، عزت نفس و نشخوار فکری نشان داد. این نتایج نشان میدهد که سطوح بالاتر هوش معنوی، انعطافپذیری شناختی و عزت نفس با سطوح پایینتر تفکر نشخواری در زنان متاهل همبستگی دارند. علاوه بر این، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که این سه متغیر در مجموع تقریباً 28٪ از واریانس نشخوار فکری را توضیح میدهند و بر تأثیر ترکیبی آنها بر این فرآیند شناختی تأکید دارند.
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه نقش حیاتی هوش معنوی، انعطافپذیری شناختی و عزت نفس را در کاهش نشخوار فکری در بین زنان متاهل برجسته میکند. تقویت این ظرفیتهای روانشناختی از طریق مداخلات تخصصی و مبتنی بر شواهد میتواند نشخوار فکری را کاهش داده و بهزیستی روانشناختی را افزایش دهد.
