ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه آسیب‌پذیری ادراک‌شده نسبت به بیماری (PVDQ): روش‌های اکتشافی و تأییدی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه آسیب‌پذیری ادراک‌شده نسبت به بیماری (PVDQ) بود.
روش‌ کار: نمونه‌ای متشکل از ۳۷۰ بزرگسال از شهر کرج، ایران، با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و PVDQ را تکمیل کردند. داده‌های تحقیق طی سه ماه بین مارس و ژوئن ۲۰۲۰ جمع‌آوری شد. نیمی از داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه آنلاین و نیمی دیگر از طریق پرسشنامه کاغذی-مداد جمع‌آوری شد. برای بررسی تحلیل عاملی، از مدل معادلات ساختاری اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار R و برخی بسته‌ها از جمله psych، lavaan و Mplus تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که برخلاف ساختار دو عاملی اصلی که موارد ۳ و ۱۴ را حذف می‌کرد، ساختار سه عاملی PVDQ حداکثر برازش و تفسیر موجه را دارد. آلفای سه عامل به ترتیب 0.83، 0.76 و 0.70 و شاخص AVE آنها به ترتیب 0.52، 0.51 و 0.49 بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه ساختار عاملی در نسخه اصلی دو عاملی است (شامل زیرمقیاس‌های بیزاری از میکروب و عفونت‌پذیری ادراک‌شده)، نتایج مطالعه حاضر ساختارهای سه عاملی را نشان داده است که شامل بیزاری از میکروب، عفونت‌پذیری شخصی و عفونت‌پذیری بین فردی است. در واقع، این نشان دهنده تفاوت در درک پاسخ‌دهندگان از انتقال در مطالعه حاضر، از جمله آسیب‌پذیری شخصی در برابر عفونت و احساس آسیب‌پذیری از روابط اجتماعی در برابر عفونت است.
