اثربخشی زوج درمانی سیستمی-سازنده‌گرا بر ابراز هیجان و صمیمیت زناشویی همسران جانبازان مبتلا به استرس پس از سانحه

چکیده

مقدمه: جانبازان با مشکلات جسمی و روانی زیادی درگیر هستند که بر زندگی زناشویی آنها تأثیر می‌گذارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی سیستمی-سازنده‌گرا (SCCT) بر ابراز هیجان و صمیمیت زناشویی همسران جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، کلیه جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD بودند که در سه ماهه سوم سال 1402 به بنیاد شهید شهر مشهد، ایران، مراجعه کرده بودند. 30 جانباز با تشخیص PTSD انتخاب شدند و این جانبازان و همسرانشان به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل جایگزین شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله با مقیاس صمیمیت زناشویی و پرسشنامه ابراز هیجان ارزیابی شدند. مداخله شامل هشت جلسه زوج درمانی سیستمی-سازنده‌گرا بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان صمیمیت زناشویی، ابراز صمیمانه و ابراز مثبت در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش یافته است. ابراز منفی در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری نشان داد (0.01>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، زوج‌درمانی سیستمی-سازنده‌گرا در ابراز هیجانی و صمیمیت زناشویی همسران جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه مؤثر است.
