ارائه مدل علی خودآگاهی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بر اساس رشد بینایی-فضایی و آمادگی جسمانی ادراک‌شده؛ نقش میانجی خودکنترلی (کاربرد تحلیل مسیر)

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل علی خودآگاهی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) بر اساس رشد بینایی-فضایی و آمادگی جسمانی ادراک‌شده با نقش میانجی خودکنترلی انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش همبستگی شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس در شهرستان بروجرد، ایران، در سال 2023-2024 بود که از بین آنها 300 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های رشد بینایی-فضایی، آمادگی جسمانی ادراک‌شده، خودکنترلی و خودآگاهی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 24 و AMOS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد که رشد بینایی-فضایی بر خودکنترلی (β= 0.54 و مقدار 8.09) و خودآگاهی (β= 0.67 و مقدار 11.76) تأثیر می‌گذارد؛ آمادگی جسمانی ادراک‌شده بر خودکنترلی (β= 0.59 و مقدار 9.96) و خودآگاهی (β= 0.55 و مقدار 8.85) تأثیر دارد و خودکنترلی بر خودآگاهی (β= 0.47 و مقدار 6.70) تأثیر می‌گذارد (P< 0.01). یافته‌ها همچنین نشان داد که مدل حاضر 33 درصد از واریانس خودکنترلی و 42 درصد از واریانس خودآگاهی را تبیین می‌کند. علاوه بر این، خودکنترلی به عنوان یک متغیر واسطه‌ای در رابطه بین متغیرهای برون‌زا و خودآگاهی نقش ایفا می‌کند.
 نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، افزایش خودکنترلی و به تبع آن افزایش سطح رشد بینایی-فضایی و آمادگی جسمانی ادراک‌شده، سطح خودآگاهی در بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس را بهبود می‌بخشد. این امر نشان می‌دهد که مسئولین مربوطه باید به نقش خودکنترلی به عنوان یک متغیر میانجی توجه بیشتری داشته باشند.
