رابطه هوش هیجانی و اضطراب سلامت: یک بررسی ایرانی

چکیده

مقدمه: شواهد نشان می دهد که هوش هیجانی بالاتر می تواند بر اضطراب سلامت تأثیر بگذارد. هدف ما ارزیابی رابطه بین هوش هیجانی می‌تواند بر اضطراب سلامت تأثیر بگذارد.
 
روش‌ کار: این مطالعه مقطعی با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه فارسی آنلاین (چک لیست جمعیت‌شناختی، مقیاس هوش هیجانی و پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت (HAI-18) بر روی جمعیت عمومی ایرانی انجام شد که توسط 784 شرکت‌کننده تکمیل شد. فرم آنلاین از 17 می تا 31 دسامبر 2020 در دسترس بود. داده ها با استفاده از SPSS نسخه 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
 
یافته‌ها: از بین شرکت‌کنندگان، 595 نفر (76%) زن و میانگین سنی کل شرکت‌کنندگان 81/6±90/25 سال بود. دانشجویان دانشگاه (51%) و افراد دارای مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس (34%) بیشترین مشارکت را داشتند. بین نمره کل هوش هیجانی (EQ) و نمره کل اضطراب سلامت (HA) برای زنان (001/0p<؛ 306/0-r=) و مردان (001/0>P؛ 263/0-=r) و مردان (001/0 P<) همبستگی منفی و معناداری وجود داشت. استفاده از احساس (UOE) در هر دو جنس با نمره کل HAI یا زمینه های آن ارتباط معنی داری نداشت (05/0 P>). بر خلاف زنان، در مردان، ارزیابی احساسات دیگران (OEA) با نگرانی HA ارتباط نداشت و HA را تحت تأثیر قرار داد (05/0 P>). نمرات HA کل پایین تر، به عنوان یک پیش بینی، در میان شرکت کنندگان مسن تر و شرکت کنندگان با نمرات EQ کل بالاتر (به ترتیب β = 0.118، 0.003 = P؛ β = 0.266، P <0.0001) مشاهده شد.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: اضطراب سلامت با هوش هیجانی همبستگی متوسطی دارد. مداخلاتی که برای افزایش هوش هیجانی در نظر گرفته شده اند، می توانند با تنظیم اضطراب سلامت به سلامت عمومی کمک کنند.
