مشکلات رایج سلامت روان در میان جمعیت های مختلف در بنگلادش - یک بررسی سیستماتیک

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلالات روانی یک مسئله مهم بهداشت عمومی جهانی است، به ویژه در کشورهای با درآمد کم و متوسط ​​شایع است. بار بیماری های روانی در بنگلادش بسیار زیاد است، اما از همان ابتدا زمینه ای به طور کلی ناشناخته و مورد تحقیق قرار نگرفته است. با این حال، در سال های اخیر مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. تعداد بررسی های سیستماتیک در مورد وضعیت سلامت روان بنگلادش کمیاب است. با این حال، هیچ مطالعه ای بر اختلالات روانی در جمعیت های مختلف متمرکز نشده است.
 
روش‌ کار: مقاله مروری به بررسی اختلالات روانی در هفت جمعیت مختلف، از جمله جوان‌تر، مسن‌تر، دانشجویان پزشکی، دانشجویان دانشگاه، افراد آسیب‌پذیر، بومی و عمومی می‌پردازد و به بررسی چهار اختلال روانی شایع در بنگلادش می‌پردازد: افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و خودکشی.
 
یافته‌ها: در ابتدا، 71 مقاله را با استفاده از معیارهای خروج و ورود غربال کردیم و سپس 24 مقاله را برای تجزیه و تحلیل بیشتر بر اساس روش‌های PRISMA انتخاب کردیم. این مقاله مطالعات منتشر شده از آگوست 2021 تا ژوئیه 2023 را مرور می کند. به طور کلی، این مطالعه نشان داد که زنان بیشتر از مردان از مشکلات سلامت روان رنج می برند. یافته‌های این مقاله حاکی از آن است که نوجوانان و افراد آسیب‌پذیر بیش از هر جمعیت دیگری رنج می‌برند و دو بیماری شایع اضطراب و افسردگی هستند.
 
نتیجه گیری: برای کاهش پیامدهای بلندمدت به اقدامات پیشگیرانه موثر در برابر همه گیری های آینده نیاز داریم.
