تأثیر آموزش گروهی فعال‌سازی رفتاری خانواده‌محور بر علائم روان‌شناختی بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف ما بررسی تأثیر آموزش گروهی فعال سازی رفتاری خانواده محور بر علائم روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) بود.
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه 40 بیمار مبتلا به ام اس در شهرستان تربت جام در سال 1403-1402 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای آموزش فعال سازی رفتاری خانواده محور به مدت 3 ماه دریافت کردند. از مقیاس استرس اضطراب افسردگی 21 (DASS-21) استفاده شد و داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر تحلیل شدند.
 یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله، در گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، تفاوت معنی‌داری در افسردگی (01/0> P)، اضطراب (01/0> P) و استرس (01/0> P) وجود داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، آموزش فعال‌سازی رفتاری خانواده‌محور باعث کاهش علائم روان‌شناختی در بیماران ام‌اس می‌شود. بنابراین فعال سازی رفتاری مداخله ای موثر برای بهبود سلامت روان بیماران ام اس است و می تواند در مراقبت های استاندارد این بیماران ادغام شود.
