سبک های دلبستگی و عملکرد تأملی مادران دارای کودکان اوتیستیک: نقش واسطه ای توانمندسازی ذهن آگاهی

چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش به بررسی نقش میانجی توانمندسازی ذهن آگاهی در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی و عملکرد بازتابی در مادران کودکان اوتیستیک پرداخته است.
روش‌ کار: در پژوهش حاضر، شرکت‌کنندگان شامل 200 مادری بودند که فرزندانشان در سال تحصیلی 1399 در مشهد، به اختلال طیف اوتیسم (ASD) مبتلا بودند. محدوده سنی کودکان بین 3 تا 14 سال بود. مادران پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی پنج وجهی (FFMQ)، پرسشنامه بازبینی شده تجربه در روابط نزدیک (ECRQ) و پرسشنامه عملکرد بازتابی والدین (PRFQ) را پر کردند. ما داده ها را با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و AMOS نسخه 26.0 تحلیل کردیم.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که دلبستگی مضطرب به طور مستقیم بر توانمندسازی ذهن آگاهی و عملکرد تأملی مادران تأثیر می گذارد.  با این حال، دلبستگی اجتنابی فقط مستقیماً بر توانمندسازی ذهن آگاهی تأثیر می گذارد، اما تأثیر آن بر عملکرد بازتابی، ناچیز بود. علاوه بر این، دلبستگی اضطرابی و اجتنابی از طریق توانمندسازی ذهن آگاهی تأثیر غیرمستقیم بر عملکرد بازتابی مادران داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نقش مهم توانمندسازی ذهن آگاهی را در عملکرد تأملی مادر برجسته می‌کند. بنابراین، برای ارتقای عملکرد بازتابی مادران کودکان اوتیستیک، باید علاوه بر سبک های دلبستگی، توانمندسازی ذهن آگاهی نیز مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
