تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای پیشگیرانه سوء مصرف مواد در دانش‌آموزان پسر دبیرستانی

چکیده

مقدمه: سوء مصرف مواد با تأثیرات منفی بر فرآیندهای ذهنی، جسمی و سیستم عصبی مرکزی در انسان همراه است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی بر رفتارهای پیشگیرانه در برابر سوء مصرف مواد در دانش آموزان پسر انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: این مطالعه بر روی 260 دانش‌آموز پسر مقطع متوسطه شهر خرمشهر در سال 1397 انجام شد. دانش‌آموزان به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. آنها پرسشنامه مسعودی بروجنی را بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی تکمیل کردند. برنامه آموزشی در پنج جلسه بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی و پس آزمون سه ماه پس از مداخله برگزار شد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون مجذور خی، تحلیل کوواریانس، SPSS نسخه 20 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در مرحله پس‌آزمون، با کنترل تأثیر نمرات پیش‌آزمون، تأثیر تمرین بر متغیرهای حساسیت درک‌شده (001/0>P)، شدت درک‌شده (001/0p<)، فواید درک‌شده (P 001/0<) و سرنخ هایی برای اقدام (001/0>P) موثر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد اجرای یک مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی می‌تواند تهدید ادراک شده را افزایش داده و از رفتارهای سوء مصرف مواد در دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی پیشگیری کند.
