مطالعه پیش‌نویس «وجود نداشته باش» بر اساس نظریه تحلیل رفتار متقابل در زنان مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی I

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین سناریوی غالب زندگی زنان مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی I انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: این پژوهش کیفی یک مطالعه پدیدارشناختی بود و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کولایزی جمع‌آوری شد. ما با 21 بیمار زن مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی I که در سال 1399 در بخش عصب روانپزشکی سه بیمارستان شهر اصفهان بستری شده بودند، مصاحبه کردیم و سناریوهای زندگی افراد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای به دست آوردن روایی و پایایی یافته های تحقیق از روش مثلث بندی استفاده شد.
 
یافته ها: سناریوها به دو دسته تکرار زیاد، متوسط و کم دسته بندی شدند. رایج ترین کدها شامل خودکشی (26 تکرار) با زیرمجموعه های افکار خودکشی، ناامیدی از زندگی و احساس نزدیکی به مرگ بود. کدهایی با تکرار متوسط شامل احساسات منفی (18 تکرار) با زیرمجموعه‌های احساس اینکه دیگران برای شما غریبه هستند، احساس طرد شدن، بی‌علاقگی به زندگی، دوست داشتن رنگ‌های تیره و احساس پوچی هستند. کدهای کمتر متداول شامل اعمال منفی (11 تکرار) با زیرمجموعه های فداشدن، سرکوفت شنیدن از دیگران، سوء استفاده جنسی، خودزنی، فرار از خانه، مصرف مواد و سختی در زندگی بود.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد که سناریوی غالب در زنان مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی، بر اساس فراوانی بالا، سناریوی «وجود نداشته باش» است.
