پیش‌بینی بهزیستی روان‌شناختی بر اساس ارزش‌های بنیادی و خودفراروی: نقش واسطه ای نگرش به زمان

چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف پیش‌بینی بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مبتنی بر ارزش‌های بنیادی و خودفراروی با تأمل در نگرش به زمان انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، تعداد 372 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارها شامل مقیاس های رضایت از زندگی، نگرش به زمان، تعالی از خود و ارزش های بنیادی بود. داده ها با مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری، SPSS-25  و نرم افزار لیزرل، تحلیل شدند
 
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی برازش خوبی با داده‌ها دارد (92/0 GFI=، 93/0=IFI، 93/0=CFI). همچنین تأثیر خودفراروی و ارزش‌های بنیادی بر مثبت گذشته، حال مثبت و آینده مثبت و تأثیر گذشته مثبت، حال مثبت و آینده مثبت بر رضایت از زندگی معنادار است (05/0> P). همچنین متغیرهای گذشته مثبت (Z=2.92، P<0.01)، حال مثبت (Z=8.44، P<0.01) و مثبت آینده (Z=5.73، P<0.01) نقش میانجی معناداری در رابطه بین خودفراروی و رضایت از زندگی همچنین گذشته مثبت (Z=3.04، P<0.01)، حال مثبت (Z=8.75، P<0.01) و آینده مثبت (Z=6.18، P<0.01) نقش واسطه ای معناداری در رابطه بین ارزش های بنیادی و رضایت از زندگی دارد.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد زمانی که افراد بر اساس ارزش‌های بنیادی در زندگی عمل می‌کنند، مرزهای شخصی شان در حوزه‌های درون فردی، بین فردی، فرافردی و زمانی گسترش یافته و از سطح آنها فراتر می‌رود. این باعث می شود نگرش آنها نسبت به گذشته، حال و آینده مثبت تر شده و رضایت از زندگی و بهزیستی روانی آنها افزایش می یابد.
