کودکان پیش‌دبستانی مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه فزون‌کنشی: تجارب پدران ایرانی

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلال نارسایی توجه فزون­کنشی (ADHD) از رایج­ترین اختلالات کودکی است و توجه اندکی به پدران و تجربیات آن­ها صورت گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه، درک عمیق­تر تجربیات زندگی پدران ایرانی دارای کودک با تشخیص ADHD در سنین پیش از دبستان بود.
روش­کار: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. شرکت­کنندگان تعداد 9 پدر دارای فرزند 4 الی6 ساله مبتلا به ADHD بودند و با استفاده از نمونه­گیری هدفمند و تا حد رسیدن به اشباع انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با مصاحبه‌ی عمیق انجام شد. مصاحبه­ها بر اساس روش کلایزی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ها: ساختار اساسی تجربیات پدران، مواجهه­ی مستمر با چالش­های روزآمد بود که در قالب موضوعات اصلی مرتبط قرار داشت: فراز و نشیب در مدیریت موثر رفتار، نارضایتی از خدمات سلامت روان و تعامل­های نامطلوب.
نتیجه­گیری: افزایش آگاهی در مورد تجربیات پدران دارای فرزند پیش­دبستانی مبتلا به ADHD برای جهت­دهی عملکرد و ارایه حمایت مناسب، مفید است.
