اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر پیشگیری از عود در مردان وابسته به ماده محرک شیشه (مت‌آمفتامین)

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی بر پیشگیری از عود در مردان وابسته به مت­آمفتامین انجام شد.                         
روش­کار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی با طرح پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون با گروه شاهد، از بین افراد وابسته به مت­آمفتامین مراجعه­کننده به مرکز درمان اعتیاد پویندگان هستی مشهد در سال 1396، 40 نفر پس از دوره سم­زدایی با نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمون طی 9 جلسه، مدل پبشگیری از بازگشت بر پایه ذهن­آگاهی را آموزش دیدند و گروه شاهد در این زمان در برنامه گروه­درمانی معمول مرکز شرکت کردند. پرسش­نامه­های پیش­بینی از بازگشت و افسردگی بک را دو گروه، قبل و بعد از درمان و پرسش­نامه­های بهبود کلی بالینی و رضایت­مندی مراجع را در پس­آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده­ها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس، آزمون تی و مجذور خی تحلیل گردیدند.
یافته­ها: درمان مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی موجب کاهش میل (001/0=P)، احتمال مصرف مواد )003/0=P)، افسردگی (001/0=P) و افزایش بهبود کلی (032/0=P) گروه آزمون در مقایسه با شاهد شده است. بین رضایت­مندی از درمان در دو گروه تفاوت معنی­داری مشاهده نشد (893/0=P) اما تعداد افراد مبتلا به عود در گروه شاهد بیش از دو برابر گروه آزمون بود.
نتیجه­گیری: به نظر می­رسد به­کارگیری درمان مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی بر پیشگیری از عود مصرف مت­آمفتامین، موثر است.
