مقایسه اختلال وسواس فکری-اجباری، خلق افسرده و الکسی تایمیا در بین زنان خانه‌دار و شاغل

چکیده

مقدمه: تقریباً نیمی از جمعیت کشور شامل زنانی هستند که در جامعه فعال اقتصادی، جایگاه‌های مهمی دارند. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسه سطوح وسواس فکری-اجباری، خلق افسرده و الکسی تایمیا بین زنان خانه‌دار و شاغل بود.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان زن و زنان خانه‌دار ساکن در منطقه 7 تهران از تیر تا شهریور 1402 بود. در این تحقیق از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برای زنان سرپرست خانوار و روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس برای زنان خانه‌دار استفاده شد. نمونه آماری شامل 60 نفر بود. ابزارها شامل پرسشنامه وسواس فکری-اجباری مادزلی (MOCI)، مقیاس الکسی تایمیا تورنتو-20 و مقیاس افسردگی گلدبرگ (GDS) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل و نرم‌افزار SPSS-27 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در میانگین نمرات مؤلفه‌های شستشو و نظافت و تکرار آهسته وجود دارد (0.05>P). با این حال، تفاوت معناداری در نمرات مؤلفه‌های تأیید یا وارسی و تردید وجود نداشت (0.05>P). علاوه بر این، تفاوت معناداری بین گروه‌ها در متغیر خلق افسرده وجود داشت (0.001>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های ما نشان داد که بین زنان خانه‌دار و شاغل از نظر وسواس و خلق افسرده تفاوت وجود دارد؛ با این حال، متغیر الکسی‌تایمیا بین زنان شاغل و خانه‌دار تفاوت معناداری ندارد.
