بررسی ارتباط اجتناب تجربه‌ای و آمادگی به اعتیاد در دانشجویان: نقش میانجی‌ سبک‌های تنظیم هیجان

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط اجتناب تجربه­ای و آمادگی به اعتیاد با میانجی­گری سبک­های تنظیم هیجان در دانشجویان بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه سلمان فارسی کازرون در سال تحصیلی 97-96 بود. 250 نفر دانشجو با روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای از میان تمامی دانشکده­های دانشگاه انتخاب گردیدند. سپس گروه نمونه به وسیله سه ابزار پذیرش و عمل (نسخه دوم)، آمادگی به اعتیاد و سبک تنظیم هیجان مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. داده ها  با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 19 و AMOS-21 تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: نتایج بیانگر آن بود که اجتناب تجربه­ای به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم از طریق سبک تنظیم هیجان سازگاری قادر به پیش­بینی آمادگی به اعتیاد در دانشجویان می­باشد. اما نقش میانجی­گر سبک­های تنظیم هیجان پنهان­کاری و تحمل مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت.
نتیجه­گیری: جهت پیشگیری از گسترش دامنه‌ی اعتیاد در میان جوانان، توجه به کاهش اجتناب تجربه‌ای که قادر است سبک تنظیم هیجانی سازگاری را برانگیخته و آمادگی به اعتیاد را پایین آورد،  ضروری خواهد بود.
