اثربخشی آموزش خودکنترلی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر تنظیم هیجانی، شدت درد ادراک شده و رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در نوروپاتی دیابتی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش خودکنترلی و مهارت­های ارتباطی بر تنظیم هیجانی، شدت درد ادراک شده و رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران دیابتی با نوروپاتی انجام شد.
روش­کار: نمونه تحقیق شامل 30 نفر، 15 نفر گروه آزمون و 15 نفر گروه شاهد شامل افراد مبتلا به نوروپاتی دیابتی بود که به مرکز بهداشت شهرستان مشهد، مرکز جامع سلامت شهید قدسی مراجعه کرده بودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش­نامه­های اختلالات تنظیم هیجانی گراتس (DERS)، درد مک­گیل (MPQ) و رفتارهای خودمراقبتی بیماران دیابتی توبرت و گلاسگو بود. داده­ها با آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (تحلیل کوواریانس) و نرم­افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: بر اساس یافته­ها، آموزش خودکنترلی و مهارت­های ارتباطی بر تنظیم هیجانی، شدت درد ادراک شده و رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران نوروپاتی دیابتی موثر است (000/0>P).
نتیجه­گیری: می­توان در کنار درمان دارویی از درمان روان­شناختی با تاکید بر آموزش­های خودکنترلی و مهارت­های ارتباطی برای افزایش سرعت بهبودی مراجعان مبتلا به نوروپاتی دیابتی استفاده کرد.
