اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر هیجان بر خودانتقادی/ اطمینان بخشی و علائم اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی وضعیتی است که در آن افراد در موقعیت های اجتماعی به شدت احساس اضطراب می کنند. این مطالعه برای ارزیابی اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر هیجان (EFT) بر انتقاد از خود/ اطمینان خاطر و علائم اضطراب اجتماعی انجام شده است.

روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه مقطعی شامل کلیه افراد 18 تا 40 ساله بود که از شهریور تا اسفند 1400 با تشخیص اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی به کلینیک روان‌شناسی در شهر تهران مراجعه کردند. 14 بیمار با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش EFT را در پنج جلسه 120 دقیقه ای هفتگی دریافت کردند، در حالی که گروه شاهد در این مدت مداخله درمانی دریافت نکردند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه هراس اجتماعی (SPIN) و مقیاس خود انتقادی/حمله‌کردن و خود اطمینان‌بخشی (FSCRS) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر و SPSS-24 تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: درمان متمرکز بر هیجان نمرات نشانه‌های خودانتقادی/حمله‌کردن و خود اطمینان‌بخشی و علائم اضطراب اجتماعی را به‌طور مؤثر کاهش داد (به ترتیب 001/0>P و 001/0>P).

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های ما نقش مثبت درمان متمرکز بر هیجان را در بهبود انتقاد/ اطمینان از خود و علائم اضطراب اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی نشان می‌دهد.
