پیش بینی رشد پس آسیبی بر اساس تاب آوری، منبع کنترل و سلامت اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان

چکیده

مقدمه: در این مطالعه نقش تاب‌آوری، منبع کنترل و سلامت اجتماعی در پیش‌بینی رشد پس آسیبی در بیماران سرطانی بررسی شد.
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه همبستگی-رگرسیون در شهر مشهد، 212 بیمار (143 زن و 69 مرد) مبتلا به سرطان به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه های رشد پس از آسیب، تاب آوری، منبع کنترل و سلامت اجتماعی به صورت آنلاین تکمیل و داده ها با استفاده از روش های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین تاب‌آوری، منبع کنترل و سلامت اجتماعی با رشد پس آسیبی، رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0P<).همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که تاب‌آوری و سلامت اجتماعی پیش‌بینی‌کننده رشد پس ازآسیب هستند (05/0P<). با این حال، منبع کنترل نمی تواند رشد پس از آسیب را در بیماران سرطانی پیش بینی کند (05/0<P)
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، اگر تاب‌آوری و سلامت اجتماعی بیشتر باشند، می‌توانند رشد پس آسیبی را در بیماران سرطانی پیش‌بینی کنند.
