نقش میانجی راهبردهای مقابله ای در رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و استرس ادراک شده با اضطراب سلامت در طول همه گیری کووید-19

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه به بررسی نقش میانجی راهبردهای مقابله ای در رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و استرس ادراک شده با اضطراب سلامت در طی همه گیری کووید-19 پرداخته است.
روش کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی و مقطعی شامل شهروندان شهرستان شیروان بود. تعداد 386 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه شخصیت آیووا، پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت، مقیاس استرس ادراک شده و پرسشنامه مقابله چند بعدی بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای همبستگی، تحلیل مسیر، SPSS و AMOS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین ویژگی های هیجانی، استرس ادراک شده، مقابله مشکل مدار، مقابله هیجان مدار و اضطراب سلامت رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد (000/0 P<). نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که استرس ادراک شده و هیجانات مثبت و منفی از طریق راهبرد مقابله ای هیجان مدار بر اضطراب سلامت تأثیر می گذارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: در طول همه‌گیری کووید-19، افراد با استرس بالا و هیجانات منفی می‌توانند با استفاده از راهبردهای هیجان‌مدار، اضطراب سلامتی خود را کنترل کنند.
